I have a question about a Priscilla BRANTLEY that married Daniel Higdon Jr. The Higdon~Calvit-Brantley-Spiars all in Natchez, Miss. My John CALVIT married a BRANTLEY girl and we are trying to figure out just who this Miss BRANTLEY belonged to. My GGGGG-Grandmother was Mary Dean Calvit Higdon. She married Daniel Higdon Sr. so this Priscilla BRANTLEY was her stepdaughter-in-law. Did Priscilla have a relative named Miss BRANTLEY that married my John Calvit? Priscilla BRANTLEY married Daniel Higdon Jr. and they had a daughter named Raynor Lurany Higdon that was born in 1762 Chatham Co. N. Car. She married Thomas Harrington and they had a son they named Thomas CALVIT Harrington. WHY? This does get confusing! Was Priscilla BRANTLEY a daughter of John BRANTLEY? Thanks, Kay
